Pugs in Twinking Brackets are supposed to be Competitive, meaning they're supposed to be near Premade quality.
After the XPOn / XPOff merge, players like YOU who use speedpots and play scummy classes started filling up the BGs ruining the Pug experience.
Why?
Because Pugs no longer had players obeying the Premade rules.

If 1 player is using speedpots, the entire BGs quality goes down with it.

If you can't understand why people get pissed at you after reading this then you're officially the biggest joke of this website.

Why do you think people aren't playing Pugs atm?

My take on it is that the Quality is shit.
Why was the quality good before tho'? Well isn't it obvious: People were using premade rules (no gy jumps, no ferals, no speed pots etc). And people played objectives instead of Kills.
 
But people are playing pugs this is why we are having the debates because you all cry about speedpots? you really are backward as he's sayin u are

Except that's not true. I never said people aren't playing pugs at the moment. The quality was good before because people weren't levelers with missing slot, everyone had a sound understanding of the objective and the meta game, on top of this everyone was similarly geared. We had ferals. We had GY jumps, speed pots were only rare because people didn't want the reputation of being a user, no one gave a shit about the rules, I know just about no one that swore by them but you.

Ferals, GY Jumps and Speed Pots were extremely rare. People did follow the Premade rules. You saying they didn't is just a flat out lie.
