Also, I don't get why people hate cockiness. If you're able to walk the walk just as well as you talk the talk, then I see no problem with it. I've been watching both Conor and Ronda before either of them blew up. I know potential when I see it. In fact, I'm sure I know more about martial arts in general, than you do, Mr. "tells it like it is".

Since when is sliding out of a bad situation and back into the middle of the octagon "running"? If you want to argue that case then why don't we bring up the fact that all nate did in the last 3 rounds was try to put conor against the fence (and only did damage once in the clinch). Conor defended every takedown and slipped every punch and elbow. Maybe Conor didn't "ran" because nate wouldn't stand and throw with him unless it was against the cage.

On top of that actually defended his titles successfully for over six years where Mcgregor hasn't even had to because he's given any fight he wants simply because he's the next cash cow. He's good, don't get me wrong but he is not and will not ever be the greatest of all time.

Conor is the ONLY reason the featherweight division is even anywhere near the main card now. Comparing Conor to Anderson is like comparing Demian Maia to Royce Gracie. Anderson isnt even in the same weight class or generation for that matter. Also Conor could take the 155 belt right now if he wanted to. Easy money.

Conor isn't in a big hurry to defend his title again against a man that couldn't even last 13 seconds with him in the ring. I wouldn't care to either tbh. But he is going back down in a couple months to lay out aldo one more time and force that dirty brazilian into retirement. If he doesn't pull out again.
 
The hype will fade. I do give him respect for moving up in weight classes though. If Nate doesn't see him at 155 then ehh
 
My money is on his hype growing even more. The money the man is getting paid won't go down that's for sure. People love Conor, whether they want to see him win or lose, the money he gets for it keeps going up every time he fights and it won't be going down any time soon.
