i equipped it / un equipped / changed specs/loged off. all same.
it proced agility (and it only show it in bag/on character) while speced boomking with auto loot selected.
It was on random char i prob never use again but still.

was chest. other items seems to get "or second spec stat" on item. my do not have it.
so + 15 ilvls is max it can proc? (if you count it from actual level) anyone got betta?

My theory is the 2nd tier is actually titan forged just mislabled. So we have normal < warforged < titanforged

Finally got a WF'd Weapon to proc the bonus iLvL, just look at the diff in Stats from standard Loom Staff to the WF'd Invasion Sword + Loom OH!!
That's a non-Enchanted 19 Int difference when that Level 10 only has 91 Int to begin with! Unless Blizz buffs BG Crate gear then for the most part the Bonus WF'd Gear will be BiS for every Class, for just about every Level, for just about every slot that it drops for.

Congrats! I need to go farming on my level 10 Hunter for this now. Do you think there'll be more upgrades to the gear later in the events, or is this now what will be BiS?

Doubt it as we didn't even see this coming. However, starting in about 2-3 hours the Invasion spawn timer is being reduced (after DT) so that means faster gathering of BiS Bonus WF Gear at least.
EDIT: If you're wondering, it's taken me 83 opened Chests to get 7 Bonused WF'd items and 9 standard WF'd items (Swag as they are identical to non-WF).

Warforged ilvl 25: 17
Warforged ilvl 35: 2
All looted on a level 20 :O
