Obviously it's depending on blizzard actually making sure everything is scaled properly, but I don't honestly see a world where 120's will make vets obselete. I can say this with decent confidence because that would mean they would also be stomping levelers and we saw that blizzard don't like...

I honestly don't think these items are gonna be nearly as strong as you think(if blizzard does a decent job). So let's say unholy strength for example, 15 % of your strength and a plate user at 20 has about 140-160 ish so it would be much worse than normal crusaders that vets are already...

I imagine 120 would be the same as f2p/vet 20's were your xp is not locked because of the npc but there is an actual limitation stopping you from leveling. It's a weird "loophole" I guess.

Yes but you would still not be able to que into levelers or f2p's and as far as I know most brackets don't get pops, at least on eu. And this update doesnt change the fact that xpon and off are seperated.

Well they wouldent be able to que with levelers / f2p anyways as the 39/49's would have locked xp. But on another note tho, this could potentially create an opportunity for a combined 29/39/49 bracket or something of the kind with enough effort from the different brackets.

How I read it makes it sound like only the higher level will be affected and the lower levels will stay as if they qued alone, this is just how I understood it tho. And yeah i completely agree, the pvp part of this system sounds like garbage and I hope it gets scrapped before it ever reaches the...
