As Horde, you need to board the ship in SW and walk all the way there. Totes does scale so you should have no trouble killing him! Also, I suggest setting your hearth to Anyport in Drustvar as you can talk to the ferryman and he will take you back to Zuldazar. Getting on the SW boat is not easy...

Just play your twink to have fun. If you're not having fun, then don't play. If you don't want to grind legion quests or camp rares, then don't. Literally nobody is making you. Stop bashing people for grinding if they enjoy doing it. Shaddup and go somewhere else.
