That's strange, for fury warrior ilvl 32 weapons give about 14,5 strength from their weapon dps increase over ilvl 24 heirlooms ((6-4.3)*6*1.5) so overall damage should be the same. But you get more stamina and secondaries (mastery!) from artifact weapons.

If you don't need to tag mobs (no competition) I would advise fury warrior. Kills tons of mobs really fast and no problems with self healing even in poor gear (2 crusaders ofc).

Frost dk has nice Cold Heart talent. 2 crusader procs + mastery trinket = 3k+ crits in pvp without gf gear

9 sp is like +4-5% dmg increase for 200 int twink, just try elemental force, queue random dungeon and check your dps meter. For vet twinks its damage scales 30 -> 51 in bg, so its even better.

Yes, like Soothsaying Vest or Soothsayers's Harness. With BIS caster weapon confirmed to be BOE, consider it the first thing to check before reroll.
