Greetings, a mail sent to my character has expired. The mail contains a toy I have yet to unlock, but I can't use the mailbox because F2P. If I use the mail recovery system, will the mail drop to my inventory or fall back to my mail again?

Hello folks, I was wondering if Hunters are able to obtain a trinket named Orb of Torment. The item drops from Inquisitor Tormentorum, in the Vault of the Wardens.

How probable is that?

I have another question, if you don't mind me asking! In WoW 20' Atlas by Chubakass, the Wrist gear piece for mail-wearers has an gem slot. This is for 2 wrist found in the BFA dungeons. But I fail to see how both these wrists have such socket. Is there a secret to obtain the items in this way?
