Anyone have a 1-300 engineering guide? With all of the new engineering such as outland northrend or legion engineering I am finding it hard to find a regular engineering guide 1-300?

So I was on my warrior and noticed that for arms you don't get overpower until level 20 now... so legit mortal strike, slam, and execute..? how am i supposed to do damage? And as far as fury goes you don't get raging blow until level 20 so bloodthirst, rampage, execute? LAUGHABLE.

Will this be updated due to new BiS gear with the prepatch?

I've been playing a lot on my warrior twink and it is very apparent that Arms is the best option right now. However, I am wondering if a fully geared fury twink is even somewhat viable or will I get stomped on if I try?

Does this mean that satchel farming is pointless now....?

I have am currently coming back with my 19 warrior twink but have not played in legion. I am looking around but cannot find any arms warriors in the directory? I also looked at the legion quick start for gearing guide but I am not finding the BiS gearing guide for arms warrior. Or even just one...
