To all the Twink Gurus out there- would it make any sense to twink at 91 vs 99? Full SoO gear with 3 WOD crafted epics at 91. I know it scales you to 99 in an instances BG- but what about your secondary stats? Thanks for the help. Working on an OP Hunter right now. If it makes any sense to stay...
