Yes, you die really fast. When you dont have some sort of support, a second armor set with more HP/vers is recommended. In fights where you can freecast -> full int and you shred everything down. When you are deffing bases or FCing go HP/vers and you will be really good in 1vs1.

Not bis in every case.....if you want to deal damage this ring offers nothing. But if you are looking for survivability, it surely is. Proc is really decent and also procs off range attacks (Hunter and i think even rogues quickshot). So if you want to kite, this ring is pretty awesome.
