sorry I don't get it, why pandaria gear and not WoD?

But that's ilvl 130 at best. As 109 I'm getting ilvl 150+ from pvp boxes.

So as 109 where I can't raid or hc dungeons, what's the best source of gear? Discarding those retarded hard to farm BOE.

I'm honestly looking for a easier alternative, don't have the gold to buy those 0.01% BoE or the patience to farm them.
