Hey just curious what traits/Azerite gear you use at 300 Ilvl for hunter? Also wondering what everyone’s opinion is on to roll mage,hunter, or rogue for 119 bgs?

Hey so Im pretty sure ive decided to roll a hunter for a 119 bg twink (between hunter,mage or rogue atm) and am wondering how the gearing process goes? Do i need to level to 119, lock xp, and then do the questlines for the azerite gear? Or can i quest normal to 119 and still get the 300 ilvl...
