Keep in mind that the sniper rifle is seriously lacking in top end damage for instant abilities.

So after being stupidly confused, It seems that yes, the AA damage on SFBM scales a lot better with attack power. The instant damage on BOSA on average is only +1 higher than SFBM due to normalization.

Yeah i was going more on the side of instant attacks. In terms of just flat auto attacking the weapons are close. Thank you for making that more clear
