I think I remember getting one from a Large Solid Chest in Blackfathom Deeps which you should be able to farm alone if you're a rogue or druid. Might take some time to get though. I see that wowhead doesn't have the belt listed in the Large Solid Chest drops, but I'm pretty sure my memory...
