I wrote a ticket and got this answer. As per usual the GMs just refer to wowhead and I dont really think we can take their answer as a confirmation, but there is a chance.

I was wondering if anyone have been farming any of these two rares for their unique drops (Lionfur Armor and Sleek Feathered Tunic) I wonder if its confirmed that they still drop AND scale because that would make them BiS for GC builds.
