Hard to determine BIS as some grandfathered gear will still be BIS in some way or another. Use Defias set in the meantime but WoW has done the amazing thing of reverting back to original 'Stat lives matter' as in stacking Agil(or main stats) is once again the way to go for rogues(all classes)...
