Do any of you guys run alchemy for the mixology perk? I think it gives you around a 30int bonus with distilled wisdom flasks. That seems better than having a shoulder enchant with inscription

You can trade in marks of honor in exchange for gems, in Orgrimmar and I assume in Stormwind. Two examples of the best gems would be +5 int +5 crit for a mage. Or +5 str +5 crit for a warrior. Those are just examples though There are other ways of getting the gems though. I think a Jewelcrafter...
