Do the cata era gems from Dragon Soul work for the ilvl37 BoEs? I know it’s only minor stat upgrades (I.e. 4 agil vs 3 agil), but didn’t know if anyone has tried it his yet before I started the complete lottery that is getting gems from that raid.

+4 weapon dmg for MH used to be the standard for a rogue Ambush weapon. There were a few daggers that had 2.0 weapon speed which really screwed with the Ambush weapon damage equation that gave you the best Ambush, but then you weapon swapped to a weapon with a proc based enchantment or +15 agil...

Don’t vendor gems, you never know when may decide to buff or nerf something.

The recipe for Lifestealing is grandfathered, unfortunately. The swords you are thinking about have a terrible proc chance, otherwise every dual wield class would be using them imo. If you are f2p and want to solo content I’d suggest a hunter, lock or prot pally post-Talasite nerf.

Would a twinked Guardian Druid possibly work for this? It has good aoe (not as fast SCK for monks) and with the movement speed increase inside the dungeon from cat form could the runs be done faster? Almost want to put off gearing another toon for a project like this, having confirmed drops is...

I made a 25 hunter on Bleeding Hollow to farm because my main server is completely dead. Searched up “farm” in the In-game community finder and found a few groups as was farming within a day. I have Sul’athraze, probably will get baron’s and do some testing. It’ll put me at 30% movement speed so it’ll be a plus on that end.

I’ve recently made an Unholy DK and see a lot of DKs use Sul’Thraze over other 2h options. It seems this is the only class/spec to use it over the Baron 2h or CWR, so my question to more experienced players than I with this is simply why this choice. I would assume it’s because of the damage...
