There's plenty of solutions here. Don't create a system that tries to guilt trip guilds into play guilds they don't enjoy playing. Don't create a system that discourages HvH and AvA games by only 'counting' the first game of a series, when the side that gets 'their base' disproportionally...

Terrible idea. Weapon imbalance at 29 was already the 2nd biggest problem in TBC (blood elf enormous advantage being the first). This just balances the scales a bit.

Imagine thinking Ally are advantaged at 29.
