You can get the same stats on an ilvl 28 boe but with socket and speed / leech. Suppose it has some additional value because cool purple color, but nothing more than 50k I believe (Unless you find someone who doesn't know better)

I said I got Mark of Honor from the crates. The chance is just lowered.

I just collected 4 of these from crates on my 19 mage (today with xp locked).
