Chef's Hat scales down to 4 bonus armor. Good for Glass Cannon BM Horde Monks. The question is can you obtain it b4 heirloom tab when it prolly becomes obsolete.

Thats perfectly clear. I think your refering to the initial poster, while I'm refering to the offer that has been made, with the request of doing something in return = another hour of doing something else. While you can farm it yourself in that time :)

Yeah :D, was refering to "if you help me out". I'm suggesting that as BM monk your prolly as fast solo farming then getting help / doing something in return / being dependent on someone. I knew this question would come ;)

No need for help as BM monk. You can Solo speed kill the instance up to both mobs and run out with all the movement buffs. Took me 5 min / run. Farmed both items in 1 evening.

Now answering your initial question: I'm not sure, I think its scaling, so no benefit non scaled. And since non scaled is mainly PVE (except world PVP and duels), you're kinda right :)

Thanx for the compliment. Did less then 100 runs, with just a healer, skipping the last 2 bosses, cause not worth effort in time (long walk). Feel sry for you. On the other hand already did 60 runs for Ring of Precision, the last item making the monk BIS, no drops yet. Gonna do more after DMF I...

I noticed thesame thing when not scaled. Then I checked when scaled (Arena or BG): they add to your attributes stat section.

Think I did about 40 runs, non boosted, with healer friend. Saw about 15 BoE rare's. No ring yet
