Appears all Az gear is disabled in any instanced area for Legion 110s. BGs, Raids, Dungeons, Order Halls that are instanced, ect

Yeah 110 community are testing the changes now to see under exactly what circumstances they no longer work.

Yeah maybe, but I do suspect some people will give up by level 10 or 20 and then we will still have a populated server, while others might be under populated.

Its been hotfixed, the shield now scales as expected.

The Str component is scaling, the bubble component is not. Easy fix for them to apply same scaling rules as every other enchant like this. EDIT: HOTFIXED.

Like I said, do not know requirements for it other than its somehow happening in 8.2

Necks are being autoleveled to lvl 35 in patch 8.2 apparently. Do not know if that has a quest/level requirement to do that.

Yeah it took 5 runs for my DH to get it, just luck of the draw sometimes. I also 2nd the motion to try Havoc with eye beam legiondary, its a beast what that build with right gear can do.
