    7 months. HoA was about 58 at the time, so all AP since then has been via the phone app. Also, if you wanna see more "new players" who are technically iLvl 275+, but currently on a Legion detour - there are at least a handful of them playing BGs on EU.

    Just so yous don't go on a wild-goose chase, here is what a 270 relic looks like. No iLvl advantage over the 265s.
