Sublety ye, u playing EU or US? be aware that overplay of rogues -> ruins the 39 brackets very quickly

Saw the changed that would be made to BGs in 5.2 -> gonna be the same in SWTOR pretty much.. So, I have a lvl 62 vanilla mage with title 'n more (no gear though due to hack) howver, what bracket would u recommend me to go to? I thought of 64 -> but is it active / u recon it will be in 5.2...
