Alright so I don't even have to start the quest now, just collect the 12 trinkets and turn em in.

I'm at the arena right now, it is 6:10 and the chest hasn't spawned. The guy i usually would get the quest from doesn't have a ! either... Wut do? edit: ok nvm my local time is 6:10 rofl and realm time 4:10, however I still cannot start the quest? Do you start it somewhere else now?
