BG stat template changes

It appears there is a stat bonus for having every one of your items be your main armour type, i.e. full leather on rogue. This means that for many classes Tuxedo Pants / Fel-Proof goggles etc. are not longer BiS.
The rock / problem solving pendent etc. all still seem to be bis.

The bonuses at least at 19 seem to be around 3-4 int/agi and 6-8 stamina, meaning the bonus is likely ~5%

It also appears now that not all classes will be able to break the 41.x ilvl breakpoint for the next level of stats assuming they want the full armour type bonus, which they will

is it still a 1 stamina stat buff? aka who gives...

Tux pants and fel pants gave me the same stats in bg with a cloth wearer. Seems only to benefit from rings, neck and offhand on my priest. Not able to test trinkets but at level 18 with the same setup removing recombulator gave stats now at level 19 it does nothing and can equip any trinkets I want and not changing any stats anymore.

Some weird stuff this ilvl, it never worked how they explained wtih 1 ilvl = 0,1%.

You don't understand how it works at all.

You need to cross a certain ilvl threshholds to reach the next stat increase, so in many cases going from x to y wont make a change.

No, you are assuming I do not understand.

Explain with your logic how the change did occur at level 18 and not level 19 while having the same ilvl.

So what seems to matter is armor type and then ilvl. Rocks and necks don't have armor types so you'd want highest ilvl there.

Mist-Piercing should be better than lower ilvl items that doesn't have your primary armor type either, like LFH on hunters etc., due to higher ilvl. But Heirlooms should be better cause of armor type. And Rogue masks should still be BiS since they're leather armor?
