Done some updating and fixed a few things that where wrong. thanks to all for the information and for pointing out my F**k ups.
As always input is Very much welcome. i need scaling info for weapon dps / iteam armor and a few more things if you see anything that i don't have filled in please post the info or inbox me.

Again thanks for all the input ill keep putting more into this thread, for the lvl 29's

As for the 20's that are asking for a info thread for them. start posting info on your bis and 2ed bis and ill see what i can come up with.

Does anybody got Inscribed Leather Gloves or know hot it scales? Am I right to think that's the best option for 20 Hunter as far as agi/crit combo goes? Thanks ! AAnd btw , where should I go farm for it: did 12 runs in SFK and it didn't drop. Killed about 300 mobs above the redridge town, no drops too. Hmm.

Just Thought to Drop This in, Not sure if this is Viable.[Tranquillien Flamberge] i havent been able to test much due to busy schedule, But the Proc rate dosent seem too low. Viable maybe for TG fury, I dont believe the proc scales with AP or SP. Due to low Dps maybe only viable to F2p.

I wonder how useful this guide will be in Legion expansion(expected release date is on or before September 21, 2016).

Actually I thought of doing something similar: created a bunch of screenshots showing the stats of items in battlegrounds approximately 4 months before, started to input them in Excel table and even formulated some gearing strategy. However, reading that pvp will change in Legion made me cease the efforts.
A bit more constructive feedback:
*Lavishly Jeweled ring from Deadmines probably has inverted stats: at 20-29 bracket it should have 8 int 5 crit.
*Therazane exalted shoulder enchant is missing. It is like 20 g cheaper and provides slightly higher stats. Just checked, price the same, the difference begins at level 30.
*At cloak enchant section, some non-gift enchant versions could be shown
*At wrist enchant section, Superior Spellpower appears twice.
*At boots enchant section Tuskar's vitality(+4 sta +8% movement speed at level 29) could be mentioned
*Brilliant Spellthread increases spellpower and spirit.
*Enchant Weapon - Spellpower and Enchant Weapon - Healing Power should be shown in the same row
*Pyrium Shield Spike at level 29 should be 32-52 damage when you block with it.

As I see scrolls actually adds stats in 10-19 bracket, unlike enchants. Also cooking fire adds versatility now, which is good for defending bases on Arathi. Also jewelcrafting statures do work.

What will be best for moonkin?
1. Plant cooking fire and use scroll of versatility
2. Plant cooking fire and use scroll of intellect?

Also I would add different protection potions, which might be very useful for 1v1 duels, like holy protection potion, shadow protection potion and so on.
