7.0 is coming

BNet just started a 20.26 GB download for the Live version so it's ready on patch day. This can't be anything else but 7.0 as there's no other Content scheduled for WoD. I really, REALLY hope 7.0 isn't hitting July 12th but usually when Blizz pre-DL's huge Patches it's the week prior to it going Live.

EDIT: What this means if it DOES hit this coming Tuesday is you literally have 6 days left to get shit like CM Gold, Archi Moose Mount, Garrison Gold Missions, Brawler's guild and other stuff done because it's all gone in 7.0. The Moose might end up a ~2% drop instead of guaranteed Quest drop.
 
I certainly hope it's not the 12th but like I said, pretty much every previous large Content Patch that I've been around for since they changed the way BNet updates have happened the week leading up to the Tuesday they implemented it. I'm still hoping for July 26th personally, Beta/PTR just isn't ready yet.

Which is what all of us have speculated from the first time we heard a Blizz Dev slip up in some VLog months ago, here's hoping you're correct in that it's no earlier than the 19th ;)
 
Yeah @Nodoka I've read that too, and again lets hope it's accurate. I'm NOT ready for 7.0 to hit on the 12th and would really rather it be the 26th if I'm being honest. I've been working way to much recently due to the busy time of year for my job, and I want to get all the toons I would like to have the Invasion gear ready for it, that and finishing the stuff being removed in 7.0 ofc.

The sooner it comes out, the more time you'd have doing the Legion Invasion shit.

Anyway, it will probably be the 19th. That gives all the F2P's time for their refurbished Brazilian computers to complete the 20g download.
 
Keep in mind @Purj Blizz has stated that the Invasion won't start the day 7.0 hits but more likely be 7.0.1 or 7.0.2. If it's anything like the WotLK Invasion it will probably only be active for the 3 weeks leading up to Legion's release on Aug 30th so that puts it's likely start date (Invasion) at Aug 9th. However, I'm all for having 6 weeks instead of 3 weeks to finish out all the toons I want with Invasion Gear so works for me :D
 
I hope its not the 12th. The only CM carry group I could find ended up being unable to clear UBRS(They got 1/5 of the payment they were supposed to for that, since it took two months to get 7/8 done <.<). I guess I can make my guild do it, but asking people to log on for anything other than weekly Archi carries hurts my soul.

And some people clear 8/8 in a hour or two : )

I could probably do it. I'm just lazy, and would rather pay somebody to do it.
 
What bracket will we be able to have the biggest ilvl advantage compared to the expected ilvl for the bracket? I'm sure theres been posts on this already but i can't find any ;-;

90-99 so far has the highest capable iLvL spread from Template to achievable. We don't yet know about 100-109, whether the 109's will have super high capabilities like 91+ will have when Blizz removes the WoD (3) limit. Also we don't quite know how powerful the Artifact Weapon can become at 109 or if you have to be 110 to unlock the majority of it.

The leader admitted at the end that two of his guys had never done challenge modes before. T'was a rather terrible group. I ended up healing in Ret for ~half the boss fights, which was fun.
