LF confirmation of Tertiary procs

I've finally sat down and made my list of items to get me to BiS (iLvL stacking) with the correct stats for Elemental Shaman. This includes both Timewalking Weekends and Skyreach runs. What I am now looking for is absolute proof of anyone getting Tertiary procs (Leech, Speed, Avoidance, Prismatic Socket) from Timewalking drops and from Warforged 615 Skyreach drops. I know that standard iLvL 600 Skyreach items can proc Tertiary because I personally have several, including ones with Sockets. What I want to know is if I'm wasting my time hoping for an item to Warforge AND proc Tertiary stats. There have been a few Players saying they've gotten Tertiary procs on TW items but I'd like to see a SS or something to ease my mind. I've done sooo many TW and Skyreach that I'm starting to think the TW Tertiary ones don't exist and I've gotten so few Warforged Skyreach that it's too small a sample to judge if they can also proc Tertiary.

Again, I'd like to emphasize I'm looking for PROOF they exist not comments like "I don't think they do" or "Nope". Those few Players who say they have gotten TW drops with Tertiary on them please post a SS here, I only need one as evidence (even better if you got one as Timewarped AND a Tertiary proc). If anyone has gotten a Warforged Skyreach item to proc Tertiary please also post a SS here, thanks.

I've been spamming timewalking a LOT, and I've never seen a tertiary stat on any drop.
Neither have I seen a warforged skyreach in a few hundred runs, would like to see proof of that as I believe only heroic dungeons can drop warforged items (Such as timewalking dungeons).

Also, is this for pvp only? Because tertiary stats don't work in skirmishes (Not sure about bg's)

For my Ele Shaman 99 it's for PvE and I'm only interested in the Socket Tertiarty proc as that's the only thing that will increase DPS. I can't imagine that Blizz would shut off the stats gained from a Socket, but who knows. As for TW Tertiary, there have been a few Players on TI insisting that they got procs on them but I've never seen a SS of one, that's why I'm asking for SS proof in this thread. I know for a fact that the standard iLvL 600 gear from Skyreach (at 99) procs Tertiary as I have several pcs with Speed, Leech and Indestructible, but unclear if the Warforged variant can also proc Tertiary. As for if Skyreach can even proc Warforged, I'm nearly positive that I've gotten 1-2 before but they had a terrible stat spread so I vendored them. I've been spamming Skyreach for months now so I can't 100% be sure on my memory for that.

IMHO, Warforged is a horrible concept as the only reason to add it to the game is to keep people subbing since it'll take many more months of stupid grinding tedium of the same Dungeons/Raids over and over again until you get the perfect setup in gear. But since it's in game, here we are and here I am asking for proof that I'm not wasting my time hoping on something that can't happen.

I think you can safely assume you don't have to waste time on it. After hundreds of skyreach runs on my 99's, I have never seen a warforged 600, or one with a socket (and I've seen PLENTY of leech/speed/avoidance loot).

I think your best bet is to spam for warforged timewalking in every slot, which is a huge pain in the butt, considering the rng of getting the right dungeon AND the right loot to drop.
