It works. Although just like with 100's it only really adds 5% because of our Cloak Enchant for 10%. Blizz really needs to fix that and make it stack with everything so that we get ACTUAL 15% increase in mounted speed. Just thought I'd toss that out there for those 10-19's that are working on Draenor rep. HERE is a link to the "item" purchasable from the Saberstalker QM Z'tenga the Walker. Also, it's a nice Tabard to boot ;)

I posted this thread in the 10-19 Forum because that's where it's relevant since I found this out on my 10 Twink. I could give 2 shits what YOU do with your 19's or any other Twinks for that matter. This is valid information in regards to something Twinks in the 10-19 Bracket have access to.

Now now little one, no need to get all feisty. I know why you put it in here. I was just trying to explain to you that 19's have a different outlook than the other brackets. Many 19's twink for one reason and one reason alone. And it is not to go exploring around collecting reputation and achievements. Most of them barely venture outside the city gates once they have their gear.

Unless it is for something special. Something real special...
 
While I generally agree with your statement about 19's [MENTION=13421]Allybeboba[/MENTION], there were several RECENT posts from a 19 Twinker about the Laughing Skull Costume Helms (of which you DO have to goto Tanaan Jungle for Apexis Crystal farming, if you want it the "easy way") so my post was not only for Twinks like myself but for those 19's who DO some PvE bits as well, cheers.

I won't disagree that swag is a status symbol for PvPers, especially in the F2P community as it shows off just how hard they worked for a thing that they shouldn't have been able to even get. However, swag was originally a LEVEL ONE Twinking status symbol, back in Classic WoW and likely before ANY other Twink Brackets even existed. Level 1's didn't have access to BG's (back at that time WSG was it for 10-19's) and thus if they wanted PvP had to do so via duels and open world conflict. I still remember when the first Level 1 reached 100K kills. Level 19's do not hold claim nor Title to everything relating to Twinking, there are those of us out there that Twink for PvE, some Twink for RP, some for Bankers (how my 10's started), some for prestige (usually Achievement/swag whores), and yes, even for PvP.

And regardless of what anyone says, 100% of the 19 community DOES care about their Character's looks, swag, achievements (maybe not PvE Achievements), total kills, etc, to say they don't is just plain wrong.

Unless you are just speaking of the superficial ones. Then that statement would be correct.
