Just wanted to let you guys know I was able to successfully delevel my rogue yesterday from 20 to 19. I had bartender running and had my exp bar hidden in the addon and at the time thought I had my exp cut off, well did a few arenas then I dinged 20. I made a ticket immediately after and the GM had stated he had a few twinks himself and saw my pain etc etc.. so in the end I was able to delevel and it is still possible to do so due to the circumstances he said..
 
Is there a certain time limit on such deleveling? I had a 39 feral with grandfathered savage roar and tabard of the flame ding some months ago, but after recent event I thought there might be some hope getting him restored?
 
They have no problem with deleveling your character if the problem occured a few hours before the ticket is made. Though, I had a 19 warrior (accidently leveled to 20) on Boulderfist with GF'd head and shoulder enchants which I havn't played for months and they couldn't fix a restoration for that one.
 
I leveled my old 39 hunter to like 43 once and they reverted it just because I hit up a GM and had a nervous breakdown in our messages.

Generally within 72 hours is your best bet, but its always worth opening a ticket.
 
again proving that GM's have all the control they want to reverse anything that happens in the game, yet 90% of them are unwilling to help with simple things.

blizz employees lol... weird how SUCH a high rate of them are unwilling to do anything under many circumstances, then on a rare basis maybe a handful out of all the gm's who actually sympathetically answer tickets, and arent just treating it as a ''job'' where they try to get by doing the bare minimum for their $.

and how incredibly unintelligent many of the GM are, giving fking blackened defias chest pieces to 19 monks and shit like that... the fact stuff like that even happened past years 04' to 07'... let alone in 2014 & on.. tbh i wonder if they even test for a certain level of literacy in the employees who are to answer tickets smh

Tried getting them to switch my gutterblade for glacial stone (rip 1h fury). They said the devs or whomever removed it from the game for a balance reason and for that reason they won't restore it for me. Had multiple GMs respond telling me to use different weps with the same skin and I had to explain it doesn't work like that because none of them are obtainable by a 19 warr (other than the worgen starting zone one)

My next ticket is going to ask them to let me xmog a bloodied arcanite reaper to glacial stone and then delete it.
