I have no idea, just ask to get it unbound. Say you accidentally equipped it or something even tho they can check when you actually equipped it xd

I think 90 boosts can unbind. Not sure though. I did that in mop.

Tried that with RoP, just rebinded instantly after I received it, even though it said boe in mail.
