& how is that working out for you?
I see your running demo now. Is it better then destro damage wise? & do you find going level 29 is BiS?

I don't play 29s much, but I think demo and destro are prob best specs, aff did a lot better than I thought from the impressions u get from ti tho, but depends on how you play rly, personally I'd say aff for mid fights, demo for defense and destro for offense/kills .. locks are funnier at 100 atm tho :-(

Haste stacking destro lock is BiS imo.

I'm not using the new neck with the healing CD because it shares CD with healthstone and healthstone heals for more.

I play stam/int gear with crit enchants. Works really well but I might change weapon enchant to either spellpower or jade spirit. Have in mind that much of my gear scales pretty well in bgs.

Chaos Bolt = 3 sec cast time with a guaranteed crit chance. Spells with longer cast timers scale better with haste.
Incinerate, Conflagrage, and Immolate = burning ember generators. The more of these you cast, the more burning embers you generate, and the more Chaos Bolts you can cast.
Fear is also affected by haste, more haste = faster fears.
Your main nuke is Chaos Bolt, supporting more of them seems to be the most beneficial way to build Destro.

I'm happy with crit stacking on my 20 and wouldn't switch to haste. I'd planned on creating a haste set for comparison, but am doing so well it's not worth the bother. If you can, try both as it probably varies situationally and with play style.

I've only seen healers consistently wanting haste over crit at this level, though even that is debatable. Some of it is perception I think where you notice casting time more than ability regeneration. Essentially both stats have the same effects of ability/tick speed and chance of extra damage with whichever class. While I wouldn't doubt that haste over crit might have saved me in some situations, I'm certain crit over haste has been saving me in others. Besides, the ka-pow crit of that chaos bolt is just plain fun.

All characters scale to 29 and all gear scales to ilevel 34 in a BG or arena. So no reason not to be 29 unless you stay 20 for vet f2p.
