Class help?

Seeing as I am losing interest in this game I decided to let my sub run out for a few months. Apparently in 6.1 our accounts wont go into a frozen status and we can "freely" play characters level 20 and under. Does anyone have any advise as to what I should be playing in this bracket? Preferably ranged

strong: frost mage boomkin... medium: ele warlock hunter arcane.... weak fire mage shadow priest

i put frost mage top tier because of the amount of CC they have.. damage wise theyre more in the medium group

does frost have the same gear setup as arcane?

Frost doesn't do a lot of damage... I would say overall, arcane is better.

Roll a demo lock if you want to play a caster. Hunters are fun and a good one could be game changing.
