Prot pally enchant for one hand.
BM Monk enchant for two hand.

Its situational tbh. But for strictly FCing I'd have to say Enchant Weapon - Windwalk. But if your looking to do damage. I'd suggest shield spike on BoA shield and ele force on weapon. Perfect for a pally with seal of truth. Ele force can proc from the DoT from seal of truth from a distance. Crazy OP!
As for BM monk for FCing. They suck! Go WW and stack stam. Trust me. Serpent kick and karma(even better when stacking stam). Its that good
