In my opinion, I think the BoA dagger is better than the BoA sword (if you don't have a Wingblade or a Shadowfang for offhand)
If you're going to go with 15 agi and dancing steel on weapons, 15 agi should be on the offhand, not main hand. I'd go with 2 dancing steels though.
2 new trinkets obviously.
Some might say that the BoA ring is better than the Legionnaire's Band, so I'd work for that too. It's also just a nice item to have.
It's slightly debatable as to which enchant is best for cloak. It seems that PvP power is overall better than stealth though, especially when you have dancing steels.
4.72% damage is better than 20ish AP and a small % of dodge.
The enchant on your shoulders doesn't really matter if it's Aldor or Scryer, but if you want to put the time into it, I think the Scryer one is slightly better.
Lastly I think 10 crit on bracers is better than the stamina for rogues at this bracket.
