There are some people that do arena wargames, my old guild on SS used to them regularly in 3s or 5s, usually with cross-realm participants, no idea of any guilds that actively partake now, but it wouldn't be too hard to find battle tags or a guild who would be up for some.
As for the actual topic of the question, I haven't started yet but I will eventually, closer to WoD, not sure if i'll be leveling my 24s though, especially my rogue who was the result of accidental leveling anyway.

Yet another serious thread brought down by a troll.
I have started "preparing" on bleeding hollow, horde side. And a bit on alliance side on a couple other servers by purchasing a few 20-29 rare items for the class that I will play. For now, I will probably stop at 26. It all depends on the scaling in 6.0.

i wouldn't jump the gun on making 29's or popping 20-24's till WOD goes live and we see how scaling of players is done in x0-x9 brackets.
in other active brackets players got screwed going to 74 and 89 in BGs when patch 5.3 rolled last year, because at the end bracket level gear doesn't scale and lower level players gear outscaled the 74/89's.

I am sure it will be where ever the trials land. So, in this case 20-29. That is unless they get their capped raised to 30. Very doubtful that would happen.
Scaling may be a HUGE factor. I am curious how a lvl x0 will hit a lvl x9. Surely Blizzard has something in mind. They don't make mistakes, do they? They are almost perfukt.
