39 Holy Paladin

When I heard they were bringing back skirmishes in WoD, I had to bust this guy out! I was just curious as to what upgrades I can give my Holy Paladin so that he's up-to-par against other 39s.

Last time I played 39s, All I remember is getting jumped by rogues; only for them to get put asleep from that whelp armor

Also, how's Rets damage compared Prot DPS?

Is the 39 bracket still active?
Last I remember of the 39 bracket was being an enhancement shaman with a 2h Axe that dropped from Uldaman trash with nearly a 4.00 speed.
That hit like an absolute train
