The plains of Outland are a mystical place, different regions with different meanings, all are controlled through one main origin. The Naaru are the origin of Outland, but some wish to change these ways...The Burning Legion seek out to destroy whatever is left of the Naaru, corruption and death is their fuel, whatever is left will consist of ash and fire.

An almighty darkness has plundered over these lands, The Naaru are weakening.
WE ARE THEIR LAST HOPE!

General Information:

Elders of the Naaru was created on "The Sha'tar" (EU)
We are the only level 70 Alliance guild on the realm.
Guild Level: 25
Server Population: Medium
The guild has been active since the 7/7/2012
We have over 120 Players within the guild.

Our goals are listed below:

We aim on creating a major level 70 community within the entire server!
We're attempting to complete 8/8 on Guild raiding progress.
We're also going to be attempting to great a major PVP setup.

Guild Raiding Scheme.

Raiding Days:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Tuesday: Mount Hyjal or Karazhan (Challenge Run)
Thursday: Tempest Keep or Mount Hyjal
Friday: Black Temple
Saturday: Magtheridons Lair / Gruuls Lair
Sunday: Sunwell

The raids will be created on the calender by either myself (Elkiva) Kzzx/Chucky/Kimmahh/Mexji/Wroomz and Lona - Officers.
Raiding Time
7PM RT ( Realm Time ) Till 9:30/10PM RT

PVE Rules and standards

The loot system will be masterloot, Elkiva (Myself) Will always be the lootmaster.
The roll setup is the following:

Main-Spec / Off-Spec / Transmog / Raid Roll

PVP Rules and standards

We're trying to establish a guild RBG Team however raiding is our main priority.
We're looking for more dedicated level 70 arena and BG players.
PVP events will be scheduled every week.

NEW GUILD RULES AND STANDINGS

We've set up some new rules within our guild community and system, here they are listed below:

  • Player activity - If you're character is inactive for more than two weeks + you'll receive a guild kick for inactivity ( 1 Week if you're a leveler below level 60 ) We're applying this due to the fact that we're looking for members who are committed to the guild.
  • Raiding Team - We're setting up a core raiding team, we had one originally however new rules have been enforced which has resulted in a fair share of members to be kicked from the guild " Reasons for this will be explained shortly"
  • Guild Respect - As a guild we're looking for members of a semi - mature nature, who respect others equally and correctly. We've kicked a fair amount of players for childish behavior, we're basically revamping the community we have. A large amount of level 70s within Elders of the Naaru did not respect others and myself so this have enforced a stricter raiding and social background.
  • Guild Officers - We've introduced many new officers to the guild due to a lack of officers in place.

Now, to explain the reason for the kicks. We're looking for active level 70 players, we're not looking for people who only log on for one of two raids and then pug the rest of the raids...As a guild that is not what we do. A moderately strict background has been enforced.

Now! Are new core raiding team requires the following classes:

2 Tanks and 2 back up tanks with DPS Off - Spec (Warrior/Paladin/DK and Monk)
6/8 Ranged DPS (Hunter/Mage/Shaman/Druid)
6/8 Melee DPS (Warrior/Druid/Paladin/DK/Monk/Rogue)
5/6 Healers (Druid/Shaman/Priest/Paladin) - Druid and Shaman would be preferable.

We're looking for dedicated level 70 players who won't become inactive and shall be online for the raids set.

You have me complete support, it took a wile to write this properly and that shows some dedication which not many do.

Hope you guys manage to get something out of it and who know's, might join myself in the near future.

We're now creating our RBG Team!

The minimum requirements are as follows:

Must have PVP Gear or better.
Must be able to understand orders.
Must be able to communicate well with others through vocal communication.

These requirements are rather important.
