Highest Potential Burst - le warlock

I was thinking about how "burst" in PvP is attributed to rogues, ret pallies, frost mages, but then I had an enlightening experience on my warlock in the 50-54 bracket (exp-on).

I globaled a well-geared disc priest, through a shield.

So then it occured to me that Affliction Warlocks could have perhaps the best potential burst out of any class:

Simple situation: Cast UA, Corruption, BoA. Cast Shadow Bolt into instant Soulfire so that they hit at same time as DoT ticks and Shadow Bite = major damage

Ideal situation: Throw down Bane of Doom, haunt if high enough level, stack up the dot damage increase to 3, put down UA and corruption, hardcast Sbolt, instant Sfire, enemy dispels UA, BoD ticks, and pet Sbites = 300% HP pool kek

So basically I was at Stables alone when this gobbo disc priest comes along. I set up UA-Corruption-BoA, throw off a shadow bolt, and BAM, 100-0% through a shield. Turns out the Sbolt and Sbite were crits, and he dispelled UA at the exact same time for a hilarious 2.2K hit (healths pool are 2-4K at 50-54). All in all it was probably 5-6K damage within a single global.

Well it isn't technically burst in that it required a fair bit of ramp-up time, i.e. setting up dots and hardcasting SB.

You could say the same about Arcane Mages; Ramp up Arcane Blast untiul fully stacked with glyph, then hard cast a 4 stack AB into another PoM 4 stack AB, if both crit it's a basic 2 shot, etc..etc...
