Replacement for Steady Talasite

Imagine making a "utility focused leather class for BGs" and building that class specifically with only 1.5 classes and an assumed pocket healer in mind.

True, there are just 1.5 classes that do physical damage.

In fact, I use this really hip program called Details (You've probs never heard of it, it's ok) and I can't remember seeing a single encounter where I took 4000 physical damage.

Moving from 70 twinking where resil was preferred over stam stacking (which was considered being a mana sponge) I can see where your mindset is coming from.

Problem is armor is not even close to what resil was and I am not sure how it even scales with defensive versa but I guarantee it’s not additive.

I did make an armor build to see what we can achieve for my feral. Was about a 7% increased reduction in cat and 3.2% when in Bear, so it suffers from (DR?) or is least effective the more you have anyway. My FC build is stam/armor gems but i hit like a wet noddle anyway in Bear.

With a bit of napkin and common sense I have decided I am better off with the agility stam gems. Like someone said, 2-3 raptors will probably kill me regardless what gems i have but if i do get a heal off or get a healer spot my HP dropping chances are with stam they are more likely to finish the cast.

TLDR: I get your point, but I believe there is better choices.

Yeah, armor definitely suffers from diminishing returns. You can see that in the graph I posted where the more current armor you have the more damage you need to receive before it balances out with Stam.

As for Vers, the chart is for damage after Vers is applied. Vers and Armor aren't additive, but that just means they're independent rather than non-synergistic.

But yeah, agreed that it isn't really doing anything for feral, since you already have bear and there's not much use in being a tankier cat.

7% phy damage reduction on a rogue or dh that is built around teamfight disruption is exactly where you want to be though.

Depends on your play style.

Personally, on my Priest I have (2 Int / 2 Vers) because I am a Healer.
If I happened to be a Shadow Priest I would consider (2 Int / 2 Stam) because I need to be more agressive.

If you're an aggressive player and are the first person to push the enemies, I would say get (2 Agi / Stam) (2 Int / 2 Stam) (2 Stre / Stam).

Hi guys/girls, I'm new to the site and can't post topics yet but wondered if +2/2 Stamina/Agility were the go to gems for BM/MW for PvE/solo purposes(if they even can now) with the nerf to Talasites. Also wondering now that Bramble is nerfed and Artifacts are down as well, what are the best weapons? Level 10 Staff of Jordan if you can get it for MW with Lifestealing or 2 1 handers with Lifesteal/Elemental Force and what Staff for BM vs 2 1 handers again? Thank you, feel free to add any other tid bits on the current building of Monk with all the nerfs.
