Relic of the Past Feedback

Hey team.
As I'm sure most of you are aware Blizzard is trying to engage in a redemption arc (time will tell), this has come along with plenty of "we're listening to the community now". So I thought what is reasonable that the twinking community could ask for, Relics of the Past. If you agree with me please go to the effort of sending in game feedback to try to get some numbers behind the suggestion.

My suggestion (as submitted)

Relics of the Past (RotP)
In their current form the RoTP have very limited use to anybody.
-No one leveling will bother to make this stuff, if they have the resources to do so, they likely own a full set of heirlooms and will level in those.
-This could be the best thing ever to happen to twinking, but the levels are all wrong. I'm running out of characters so can't fully sell this, here's my suggestion:
I - ilvl 17 req. 10
II - ilvl 28 req. 20
III - ilvl 37 req. 30
IIII - ilvl 100 req. 50

Keep the item levels I guess, but allow all old world (non SL) patters and recepies to be able to use ROTP. The limitation on some can and some can’t is stupid.

Maybe…Make all profession patters scale to the level of the player that crafted it?

req 20 ilv 24-25 ish like BOAs?

You must be swimming in primal fires.

Thats a better suggestion

To be honest I’d like to see better access to crafted gear. It’s basically all useless even with the current relics, we’ll at least for 20’s.
It would breathe life back into the old Xpac professions.
I’d like to see even a relic that scales to the level u choose. Not sure how it would work but it would be great.

I think this will kill all their programmers' brain cell.. After that you have a retard programming team in blizzard :D:D:D

These crafted gears are of no use to a 20 at all.. But if you want to play in the 20-29 bracket and still have a significant edge over the vets and f2p, the wrapped lvl23 ROTP2 gears will make you OP in the bracket.. while most vets and f2p are about 3kish health you get well over 5k, on top of a huge chunk of primary stats

Yeah I knew there was a more elegant solution I wasn't seeing. Far more likely to get across the line, I'm going to resubmit feedback.
This along with request that more items are worked into the rotp system.
My counter point to those that object to them being available for twinks is that this is essentially otherwise dead gear, with the exception of a small number of transmog items. When I got into twinking I was a little disappointed when I realized that BiS was basically TBC sockets plus farm till you cry greens.

I think its fine the way it is, from a purely lvler perspective. For example you can make a set of crafted mop pvp gear for every midway bracket. and the gear is rpetty useful even at the higher end when combined with hierlooms + enchants and gems. making it work the way op stated would kinda kill there purpose as lvling gear.

They just nerfed Legion Artifact Weapon to the ground (now it scales up to 50 at lvl 45 and to 58 at lvl 49+ before it was up yo 80) and it was only used by levelers and Twinks.

With such approach I see no chance for intentional improvements for twinks any time soon.
