New to twinking

Hello, I'm new to twinking. I'm want to make a dungeon boosting twink, which class/race/lvl would be the best for it? I will be making it in horde

I know they really need Horde carries right now. You have a few options:

1.) Level 10 mages, it won't be a twink, you just keep rerolling new 10s to carry.
2.) Level 20 twink Tank, prot pally is the best.

They also messed around with Level 10 BM and syncing dungeon Qs to get around the xp debuff, if 10 is of interest to you.

I'm not planning to sell runs, i just wanna play for fun. Is there a guide or something for prot pally twinking?

Im also thinking of making a 20 rogue. Can I not queue for every TBC dungeon when Im using TBC chromie time? Do I have to go into some of them manually with a party?
