Sheeesh, you take it too seriously lmao.
I can attach lots of big damage screenshots and prove that flat int stacking is worse than mastery but i dont see any real reason to talk with someone who is taking any kind of polite advice like that. And he wasnt asking what is better for f2p, he was asking what stat priority is better overall.
And before talking something and representing it like a known fact (that i got my gear from ah) you could ask me about it. I killed more than 200k mobs to get most of my socket tert gear

Mastery rolls are inconsistent and get scaled down so far in bg's
while int scales up.
When it comes do raw damage for warlock 250 int 100 vers is better than 180 int 175 Mastery
9k+ damage is normal if they are a tank build and decide to run a flag/hold an orb
also ur numbers could be assisted from an outside non BG available source.
So get some in bg proof before you try to say Mastery is better than Vers because my F2P damage is about the same if not greater than your Auction House Vet damage.

Ok if its f2p go get all the TCB gear and socket them with +3 gems. Done. It is better than nothing with slots. That is a no brainer.
I don't know about staves per say... but you can still go farm the epic Foam Spitter staff... if he does not want an i34... pretty close.
Most people that make F2P are not talking about spending the "actual amount" of time it takes to do it correctly.. .they just mean... "I want to suck ass less than wearing nothing".
If you are not going to farm i28 gear by killing 100000 pigs... then you get TCB gear/whatever... that is what it is... still better than nothing.

Spending a MASSIVE amount of time to replicate what I can do in 2 minutes with a credit card is not a badge of honor its stupidity. End of story.
Haste/Mastery > random gems, it's easy to see. I can fire off 4-5 chaos bolts by the time you get the shards to fire 2... 4000k crit is enough... I don't need to do 6 million.

I spent a month killing those god damn pigs in Kul'tiras. I aint dwelling in that hell hole again. Every drop i get is everything except caster loot. bullshittery. Its not like im some guy who just made a f2p from a few weeks ago. I have been trying to twink for awhile, i managed to get 2 TBC gears which is a step forward and stopped grinding the cogs for the ghost dragon trink. And as for stave, think my Artifact will suffice.
