Question: Forge Ember from Halls of Stone used to be a great caster trinket because it was one of two trinkets (the other being Abyssal Rune from Trial of the Champion, not available to 20s) that had a full proc in battlegrounds, rather than the 75% reduced proc that other trinkets saw. Is the 75% reduction for trinket procs still in place in ShadowLands, and if so, does the Forge Ember still bypass that?

my plan is to use trinketmenu to queue up 2-min CD on use trinkets (that last 20 seconds)

a 10-second passive proc that cannot be controlled may not be optimal in PVP (unless the proc is just very frequent and very large)

If you could apply glider onto it, sure, but you cannot do that.

imma farm it to check, inside the game in the dungeon guide or whatever it doesnt show 2 charges, and i have seen it drop and it didnt say 2 charges.

I have it, and can confirm it's two charges... fell into the same dungeon journal trap myself.

edit- well... it says 2 charges on it, I never actually used it to check if they deplete.

I also feel that Eyasu's Mulligan Might be an interesting trinket. kind of needs to have a socket for it to be worth tho' Haven't tested that one i think i have a req 25 somewhere but that's about it.
I have a couple low-lvl versions of these...level 12 req and level 17, with no sockets or terts. Current candidates are: shaman for the first, and either priest or mage for the level 17. Any recommendations? Both primarily just PvE items, since the first is low and both the priest and mage are terminal 19s (100% mount speed).

I do swap this in from time to time. Somewhat useful to switch for Dragonling vs Warriors. 1min cd is pretty good imo.

Currently farming a Naglering but can't find where it was recently tested for the life of me. Og 59 vibes.

I have been testing this on a protection paladin in BRD, puling several packs of mobs at once, surviving via crusader proc. naglering was doing 1% of my dps.
I ve been thinking of using many such reactive procs for some time on a solo prot pala for dungeon prupose, still think it's viable but not really better than usual gear.
The silence trinket might be a real good addition to such a char, as does a good job I think, bringing these casters in melee.

Does anyone know if https://www.wowhead.com/item=9639/the-hand-of-antusul?bonus=6710?=25 this proc can in turn proc weapon enchant procs like Elemental Force? could be kinda cool rocking x2 as outlaw.

I use 2x on my DK, but I use saders on them so i cant rlly check if they proc ele force. I will say that the way ele force works even if it did proc the enchant it would not increase the total amount of ele force procs you will typically get.

I have thought about posting about these weapons a few times because I love them, but they are pretty wonky.

They are a 2ppm proc meaning that it works off of % chance per hit meaning yellow attacks will give you more procs. (opposed to rppm that is a lot more static no matter the abilities used.) THe % for hit on this weapon is 8.6% chance every time any ability or auto-attack happens. In my experience, it procs allot; twice as often and crusader procs for standard speed 1hs.

The AoE on it is rather large. I don't know how to test the distance of it, but its p nice. The proc does 20-25 dmg to all enemies and applies the attack speed reduction. I often catch stealthers out w a proc that they were standing too close to.

The speed-
10% attack speed is like 40 haste worth. Now, it is much weaker than a proc that reduces haste because it does not affect cast times, CDs, or GCDs. It does affect white attacks, and specifically the cast time of aimed shot and steady shot. It is hard to quantify the value of the attack speed reduction, but I like it.

Fat-Cobra
That I feel like these are viable is nice and all but you KNOW I am 100% about running around thunderstomping everywhere like fat cobra (just fin hit monkey earlier this week) they are COOL, and that's worth something too.
