Sorry, Judy. Got it now... copied to PTR cuz I only have 1 of each relic and I need em for the arms arti, shouldnt matter.

Basically epic Cudgel is a hair worse than ilvl 34 prot arti. Used an ilvl 25 shield off a BfA rare for the cudgel, best I had.

edit- cudgel's on the left...

edit- also should note the numbers reflect that he is a stam toon, made for lols not for deeps. Shouldnt matter, right?

Now i gotta rearrange some gear/gems cuz shit got real....

So basically, You'd have to have an epic cudgel AND a socket shield to be better than Artifact.

My arms war is 20. 0 gem gear. Just 33ilv artifact (fury if that matters) Just insta proc 20yd execute 24/7 in legion base lvling shit.. its awesome.

Checked some Fury tooltip damages the same way, PTR copy, 3 setups:

ilvl 34 arms arti MH with https://www.wowhead.com/item=27986/crow-wing-reaper?bonus=6710 OH (dont have 34 fury for OH)
epic cudgel MH and ilvl 24 BoA OH (he doesnt have https://www.wowhead.com/item=27901/blackout-truncheon?bonus=6710)
ilvl 44 staff MH and lvl 34 arms arti OH

Not ideal, but numbers nonetheless. Same dude, not gemmed for dps.
