I dont know that there's anything more to get, the dungeons are level-gated and so are the questlines. BoE drops are 50 req.
 
Yeah, i was looking for a rare one for better ilvl. Honestly most of the rares were pathetic/unlootable anyway.

edit- hey @DeLindsay - it would appear the weapon rare event is repeatable, perhaps even daily. Perhaps all the rares are.

@Warglaive oh really??? I will check that out once I get some more of my old 101's up to 49. Could be a way to get perfect 110 Epic Weapons (Melee) and beyond for other Rares (maybe).

EDIT: Can confirm it appears to be a daily (for now)

The weapons are unique equipped, unfortunately, so no double-dipping on it. :(

Also, last night i ran across a rare in teh temple of purity that dropped a blue leather belt... today on a DH there is no rare.

Wondering if there's actually RARE rares in this xpac, and what gear we might still be able to get moving forward.

ok she spawned while i was looking up that page... so there's actual rare mobs here, I was there 20-30 mins.

I have killed/looted up to Level 53's in Bastion so far. The Zone scales up to Level 60 REALLY fast so it's kinda difficult to do much exploring with a Ground Mount.

EDIT: Starting to wonder if they won't actually enable XP during the "starting area" that our 49's have already done. It's a very short section of the entire XPac and doesn't really offer anything outstandingly OP for 49's plus it's Level gated as soon as you finish the Aspirants area.

I was thinking maybe it only applies to instanced content, and therefore 50+ since we cant get into any. Eventually i'll go in with a locked 50 and walk into a dungeon to check, but it's not worth the hassle of that damn RP crawl again yet. :mad:

edit- also read on that wowhead page (i think) that the rares are all daily reset by design. Kinda lame that it's only a belt and the weps tho. There's a INT trinket in the zone, but i have no idea if it's level 60 or not... a lot is.

I tried to get the fist weapon treasure (?) up in the northern part of teh zone but i couldnt even kill a normal 60 mob on my DH so i scrapped that. Likely couldnt loot it anyway....

(just realized that was your level 10, that's awesome :D)

EDIT: Sadly, not one Enchant would work on it, I tried pretty much everything.

EDIT2: Lock Closet btw. You can't even get to the level with the FP so that's a no go, and no Portal to Org either so pretty much 1-way trip. All SL Professions require Level 48 also.

Just killed the weapon-dropping rares and got no items today.... looks like that dream is also deemed too much fun.

Assuming all the rares will do the same, curious if they fixed them dropping multiple days or just stopped dropping sub-50.

edit- i got vendor trash greys and meat... just no weapons. They were still "rare" tho with the star on the map and silver dragon on their frame.
 
@Warglave I also tried last night on my 10 Hunter, no loot. Granted why would a 10 be capable of looting a 51 but still. Once I'm off today I'll try my toons again (including a 50+) to see if those 4 in that hut drop again.

EDIT: While it's been said somewhere, not sure it was mentioned in this Thread. HoA AND Azerite Traits are disabled in SL open Zones too. The Stats still work, but nothing else.

EDIT2: Just tested, still lootable daily @Warglave

That's weird, have you kept the items from previous days in you inventory? Not sure why i'd get no loot today then... o_O
 
Important to know - once you have or completed entry quest to Shadowlands - you can't enter Chromie Time anymore. She have replay that you really needed at Icecrown means it is probably intentional to prevent overgeared 49-s with covenant abilities to farm levelers with no one to oppose them. And to prevent creation of private shard for chosen ones on Shadowland itself.

So if you value your ability to go into old zones and fight real battles with old rares Like Timeless island or Tanaan jungle - do not send your 49-s into shadowland areas (you can abandon entery quest and quickly change chromie time to another one but if you enter the Maw you get booted from it immediately).
