The creams you will find will just be minoxidil, this promotes regrowth of hair but does not prevent loss, that is what the fin is for. They should be used in conjunction. You can also expect a lot more shedding apparently but that doesn't necessarily imply balding. You can have 100 strands of hair fall out of your head a day but balding is about how your hair follicle produces thinner and thinner hair until it dies.

Damaging wet hair does not lead to male pattern baldness. Any method of hairs being pulled out of your scalp will lead to a similar form of hairloss to traction alopecia but is completely unrelated to the type of balding that is being described in the original post. And that one video specifically doesn't correlate to the fact he is vertically challenged, but he is. In general his advice is shit and health tips pure pseudo science.
