Who experiences this? And does anyone have suggestions if they have similar hairline loss like this? Not me in pic above but my hairline is currently like this and I’m 24. It’s been noticeably getting worse over the past 4 years.

I also have moderate dandruff if I skip a day of showering. Dandruff might be connected? But I generally shower daily so not much of an issue with that. But I still notice lots of hair falling off my head after drying from a shower.

I’m also pretty skinny with a pretty shitty diet (lots of pizza, hot dogs, fastfood, etc; rarely fruits and vegetables) so maybe that’s an issue?

I hear you get this from your mother's father. Is he bald by chance?

nah he actually has a great head of hair for a 90-something. But my uncle (mother’s brother) has a lot of balding. Not sure if his started out with the same pattern but I doubt he’s attempted much treatment for it over the years

That's a solid 3 on the norwood scale.

Go on finasteride and minoxidil asap. You will need to do this if you have a hair transplant anyway.

And it's a dominant gene so it doesn't matter which side of the family it came from. It's male pattern baldness and is a genetic condition, your diet and vitamins, while they can affect the health of your hair in general, will do nothing to prevent hair loss from MPB.

thanks. I’m fairly convinced it is hereditary. I’ll buy the cream, but might put off anything like a transplant for a while until 1) heavy consideration and 2) comfortable savings

I’ve heard transplants can be futile for those who lose lots of strands daily, but it could be due to lack of up-keep with menoxidil

The creams you will find will just be minoxidil, this promotes regrowth of hair but does not prevent loss, that is what the fin is for. They should be used in conjunction. You can also expect a lot more shedding apparently but that doesn't necessarily imply balding. You can have 100 strands of hair fall out of your head a day but balding is about how your hair follicle produces thinner and thinner hair until it dies.

it's this moment that i'm glad that i'm not balding and the only person that was balding in my family was my passed away grandfather. which he shaved his head so they can get rid of the spike forming from his skull.

can confirm that this isn't the case. i've had about 5-10 sodas per a week, ate mostly pastas, and rarely ate fruit/vegies. yet, i'm still completely hairy on top.

edit:

must be either dopamine linked stress or genetics is the only likely causes is all i can think about.

I’m sure the guy is fairly confident in what he’s doing but I feel like I’d need to take college level courses to even consider this guy’s regimen. Plus he’s pushing a lot of things I have 0 clue as to what they do. I respect it but I might have to dabble into something less hardcore and experimental than what this guy’s trying. But I’ll follow him to see how it goes.

Just shave your head and go bald with grace.

that’s a final option haha. But ngl I do kinda wanna know what the shape of my head looks like bald.

My only suggestion is to take it easy when you wipe your hair with a towel after showering. I know some males who go wild by doing that, but it may damage your hair. Your hair is extra vulnerable when being wet.

...basically what this video says...

Idk if patting is the solution though, but just take it slow

Then I would check your ancestors. If your dad and grandfathers are bald and if you can ask them or someone else what age they got bald. Perhaps check with your male cousins too? Also, think of some male in your family who wear a cap 24-7, they may hide that they're balding too so it's hard to notice

There isn't much you can do. I believe it's just you being worried about it, but if it becomes really visual to others then you should shave your hair short. You don't have to remove all of it, just keep it millimeter short.

Keep in mind that products to prevent balding has existed for 400 years if not more. Yet balding is very common

Even Adolf Hitler himself joked in his declaration of war to the united states
"When Mr. Churchill and Mr. Roosevelt declare that they want to one day build a new social order, that's about the same as a bald-headed barber recommending a tonic guaranteed to make hair grow."

You could always get a transplant if necessary.

Do NOT do this. I once googled why Joe Rogan has a huge scar in his head.

It legit looks like he has been lobotomized. Turns out he got worried about getting fired from the media stations he worked for due him balding, so he tried to make a quick fix. His recommendation is just to just accept that you're balding and shave it.

Hair transplants are different than when he did it however, but still. You're basically falling for any beauty ideal shit and try to go against nature. Just learn to accept it and live with it. Take a walk in a supermarket and look around and take notice of how many men are bald and check how they dealt with it. It's common to just have a short haircut

Following Alpha M's advice for anything other than how to cope with being a manlet is a mistake

Also modern day hair transplants look far better than standard hair transplants as seen there, and even then Joe's is extremely botched

The current day medications are proven, the only risk is that your cock might stop working :)

... I don't mean to be rude, but I just realized from looking at this photo. his hair looks like the "Iron Horde Logo" minus the spikes.

iron-horde-banner.jpg

lol, no wonder he plays on both sides. his heart belongs to the alliance, but his mind belongs to the horde.
