He's referring to the fact that current low level twinks (10 and lower) are pretty much 100% PvE oriented. Achievement hunting, rep grinding, etc.

Duels are shit.
 
Can't seem to que for Brawls, and then theres the list of bgs @ 10.

think of it this way.

levelers then: wtf, i can't win with the [opposite faction here] having bonkers items. RAGE QUIT.

levelers in SL: wtf... o ok, that person went to northrend and got that from there.

key difference here is the levelers can get items at that level as well. without going out of bounds to get said item.

Edit: just thought about in 2 years time when SL goes into the “battle chest”; we’ll probably see the same results pop up again.

If they r giving us access to that many bg’s, I think they will have 1 big bracket like 10 to 49. No way they will give 10’s access to that many bg’s in their own bracket.
Still will be fun, but we will be bottom end due to lack of abilities.

I would agree if we were talking current Retail but once SL is Live you're talking about the equivalent of 130 Character Levels. That puts a '10-49' (current Levels) at nearly 1/3rd of overall, seems about right. Does that mean in SL literal 10-49 will be one Bracket, no way to tell yet but I don't see why not with how they scale BG's now so everyone is roughly equal in power.
 
Character copies are on the beta, and i dont remember if it was this thread or the other but garrosh weapons have no level requirement

Nevermind, The tooltip has no level require but when you try to equip it says requires 35
 
What happen if you decide to copy a lvl 20 char ? the creation start and then the lvl squish is applied ?
 
Don't get too excited if you are a pure F2P. Blizzard already said that only accounts with level 120 characters (or 50 in Shadowlands) will be able to pick an expansion, accounts that don't have a level 50 character will be forced to pick BfA, so no artifact weapons and socket gear from BC, that will be only for linked starters and vets.

"New players" could mean so many things. I don't see how a lets say 10 year old f2p account is a "new player'.
